Dear friends –
There's a top presidential candidate in the U.S. who accused lesbian, gay, bi, and trans people of waging "jihad" against Christians.
And a powerful U.S. religious extremist who says that AIDS is "God's judgement," and we'd have a cure if we stopped supporting gay rights.
There's a lawmaker in Russia who said being gay is a "contagious disease" that's "on a level with drugs and alcoholism."
Then there's the president of Zimbabwe, who threatened to behead gay Zimbabweans, describing them as "filth" and "worse than pigs and dogs."
All these people are real. And they're all getting on with their hateful business as you read this email. They all share one hope: that those who believe in love and dignity will do nothing to stop them.
This is where you come in.

It's not going to be easy. Evangelical extremists in the U.S. won't end their crusades of hateful rhetoric anytime soon. Russian lawmakers will continue to push anti-LGBT laws. And there's a long road ahead for equality in Zimbabwe.
But when thousands of people like you from around the world make a small contribution each month, we can fight back. We can wear down the bullies and the bigots with whatever it takes until we win.
Just look at the last few months. Without the support of people like you, we wouldn't have been able to help an asylum seeker on the run from his home in Tanzania, where it's illegal to be gay. We wouldn't have been able to defy extremists in the Middle East and help provide safe housing to gay and trans refugees. And we wouldn't have been able to help #FreeMarwan, when he was jailed and tortured in Tunisia, just for being gay.
The bullies and homophobes think they hold the upper hand – let's prove them wrong.
Thanks for going All Out,
Matt, Sarah, Enrique, Leandro, Kate, and the rest of the All Out team.
