Red Car Canyon in 2008: Eucalyptus Go Down In Rainstorms, Even In Dry Years

Despite a mostly dry year in 2008, enough rain fell in one February storm causing another eucalyptus tree to fall in Red Car Canyon. Eucalyptus trees have notoriously shallow root systems and do not help hold hillsides
