The title already sends off alarm bells to me. Why just locally made? What is wrong with imported cars? Are they such an anathema that they are shunned and ignored? Why is at least one local model, the Range Rover Evoque not on the list as well? I wrote to the source of the data and to their credit a prompt reply came saying they had no idea.
