Dear friends,
Amazing – over 80,000 of us from all over the world spoke out asking Tunisian authorities to #FreeMarwan. And it's working! Marwan was released on bail and allowed to go home. But Marwan is in danger again.
Tomorrow, on 10 December, Marwan will be back in court for his appeal. If he’s found guilty, authorities could send him back to jail for a year – just for being gay. That’s why we need to speak up now and urge the authorities to let Marwan go unconditionally.
There’s just 24 hours left. Luc, you took action to help free Marwan before – thank you! Now will you take a few seconds to tweet at the Tunisian President and Prime Minister? Just click on the image below and send the tweet from your personal Twitter account:

Global attention is on human rights in Tunisia right now: the same day as Marwan’s appeal, Tunisian activists are being awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. Now is our chance to turn the spotlight to Marwan’s case and pressure authorities to uphold human rights for everyone, whoever they love.
Tunisian officials want to be seen as progressing in human rights in the wake of the Arab Spring. But the brutal arrest and cruel treatment of Marwan – all because of a text message he sent to another man – shows that the Tunisian government isn't sticking to their word.
Love is a human right. Will you help remind the authorities that being gay should not be a crime and urge them to drop the case against Marwan?
When we all join together on social media, our power is huge. In order to draw attention to anti-gay laws around the world, All Out partnered with Lush Cosmetics earlier this year, reaching more than 30 million people with an important message: #GayIsOk.
Now we need to bring in our power to #FreeMarwan. Can you share this message on Twitter?
Not on social media? You can still help by forwarding this email to two or three friends and asking them to take action to #FreeMarwan.
Thanks for going All Out,
Leandro, Oscar, Rose, Sarah, Enrique, Mathias and the rest of the All Out team.
P.S. We only have 24 hours to save Marwan. If we don't speak out NOW, Tunisian authorities could send him back to jail for a year. But if we join forces, we can #FreeMarwan. Will you become part of our global social media action? Click here to tweet at the Tunisian authorities. If you're not on Twitter, you can write a message on the Tunisian Prime Minister's Facebook wall instead.
