Remains of burials, pits, pottery kiln, as well as bone artifacts have been discovered at the site.
Based on information gathered, archaeologists from Zhengzhou Bureau of Cultural Relics have concluded that the site might date back to Shang Dynasty (c.16th century-11th century BC).
