Frontex announced on Thursday that it has found an agreement with Greece and would deploy 376 Frontex officers as of the 28th of December. Joint Operation Poseidon Sea is replaced then by Poseidon Rapid Intervention. Important for us specifically is the announcement that they will deploy also several vessels at sea as well as screening officers for arriving migrants.
