Don't come over to relish some kind of highly intellectual, esoterical jazz ; these gents go for straight-ahead musical pleasure, with good energy and strong groove riding ever high… TICKET : 7.50€ THURSDAY 17 VIOLIN JAZZ Françoise Derissen Trio  Françoise Derissen (violin), Manu Bonetti (guitar), Boris Schmidt (bass) …Virtuoso violonist Françoise Derissen is teacher at the Brussels Conservatory and at the «Departement Conservaturium van de Hogeschool » in Ghent. Her trio offers a musical menu with a few strands of French songs, a bunch of bebop, hard bop, a hint of Latin music, gypsy jazz, spiced own compositions, all washed down with plenty of emotions to share… TICKET : 12-14€ FRIDAY 18 BRAZILIAN & HOT TENOR SAX JAZZ M&C Quintet  Vincent Mardens (tenor sax), Victor Da Costa (guitar), Michael Blass (piano), Bruno Corbisier (bass), Jan de Haas (drums) When our top swinging and creative tenor sax plays Cannonball Adderley, Miles Davis and John Coltrane, supported by four of our top jazz cats, you cannot expect anything else than a genuine jazz night, groovin’ and full of energy.
