Red Car Property: Not A Park, It Just Looks Like One

Photo: Jonathan Vandiveer, October 26, 2015.  The steep slopes on the Lake View Ave side of the Red Car Property have a number of healthy California Black Walnut Trees.  Black Walnuts are protected native trees that help hold hillsides together in the rain with deep root systems.
