Euro-African summit of La Valetta: Migreurop's column: “EU forces its neighbours to accept its policy of inhospitality” (FR, EN, ES, IT, TU, DE)
While the Euro-African Summit of La Valette is taking place (11-12 November 2015), the network Migreurop decided to emphasize that, under cover of cooperation and development, the EU engages in real haggling with African states to subcontract the control of its borders, restrict the possibilities for free circulation, and to prioritize detention and deportation of illegalized exiles.
In thus frame, a column entitled “EU forces its neighbours to accept its policy of inhospitality” has been written and translated in French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish and German.
