Meatloaf is right up there with savory jello dishes and fruitcake in being a food that is often vilified or, even, downright scorned.

And I guess sometimes meatloaf can be awful...but of course some meat loaf is delicious!!
Luckily, many people are completely on board with the whole meatloaf-can-be-delicious thing. They think of it as a comfort food, as must-eat sweater-weather fare. Restaurants like Mimi's Cafe serve “Meatloaf and Mash,” and CostCo sells pre-made meatloaf that you can take home and bake. The Meatloaf Bakery goes all out and serves meatloaf in beautiful and creative ways, with piped-on mashed potatoes and cheese decors. Yes, their meatloaf fare looks like sweet treats!
