How did your week go? Mine went well.Much better than the previous week.Why? Because I took time out to EVALUATE.
Most times, we just keep working round the clock, pushing further without actually stopping for a second to think..I am making the right moves? Am I on the right path or track ?Are my goals being achieved or am I on a wild goose chase? Am I doing something which comes naturally or coercing myself to do something because others are.
This morning, I want us to talk about goals and how far we have come.Sometimes,you need to take a step back and look at your life from the eyes of others.
On the first of January 2015, as customary ,I made my new year resolutions and they involved some huge projects:
-Publish my first book
-Produce my first movie
-Organize the Miss Petite Nigeria Pageant
-Change my blog design (I put this here because I am a very sensitive to sudden changes.That is why I am loyal to a fault in all aspects of my life..Little things like changing my blog design,moving to a new environment etc takes a lot of convincing to do)
-Find Love
Fast-forward to October 1st.I decided to evaluate my progress so far .I realized something,I had forgotten my goals,but I had been working non-stop.Blogging.Waking up daily at 4am and sleeping at 10-11 ,sometimes 12.Ofcourse that's what I have an unwavering passion for..For one to be successful as a blogger, you can't afford to have breaks,especially when you do all the blogging by yourself .
However,there needs to be a balance in our lives..It's too short not to explore and exploit other God given talents .I wasn't too happy to find out ,I had not been able to manage my time and do other things .
So,I decided I MUST accomplish three this year .

Change my Blog background
Find love (lol maybe I already have and even more)
So my dear reading this..Its is not to late to accomplish what you have been longing to do all year
