Business Insider: Donald Trump's poll dominance in 2 key states is mind-blowing
Real-estate mogul Donald Trump has opened up large leads in the key early states of South Carolina and Nevada, according to new CNN/ORC polls.
But more impressive, amid an overall narrative that the front-runner's poll numbers have plateaued over the past month, is his continued dominance of the issues.
In Nevada and South Carolina, at least, Trump is crushing his Republican counterparts on some of the issues most important to GOP voters.
WNU Editor: A little bit on U.S. politics. When you poll those type of numbers on the economy (as the case is for Donald Trump) .... from my experience of being an observer of U.S. politics, it will be next to impossible for his opponents to catch up to him. So I will make this prediction .... the way that things are shaping up right now .... the only way Donald Trump cannot be the GOP nominee for President will be because of a health issue .... or he says something so incredibly outrageous or something from the closet comes out that would so discredit him that he himself would hide out of embarrassment. But I doubt that is going to happen. As for the Democrats .... this weeks debate cemented Hillary Clinton as the Democrat candidate for President. Unfortunately for the Democrats .... her biggest obstacle will be on how to motivate the Democrat base to vote for her because she is definitely nowhere near a campaigner as President Obama.
Update: Trump loves to stir the pot .... Donald Trump says Russia isn't to blame for MH17, despite evidence (CNN). But he is right that this is a debate that will probably go on for 50 years, and we will still not know with 100% accuracy on who exactly shot down this airliner. personally .... I hope that the soldiers who did this will .... in a decade or two .... come out and confess what they did to clear their own conscience. But for now .... the arguments and the anger it produces continues.
