Benson stood still long enough to let each of the WDA approach and then he calmly walked into the front room and laid dwn at my feet.
It took less than an hour before he found all of the water bowls, used the dog door, and jumped up to get comfortable in Steve's chair. "This boy has what it takes," White Dog said to me.
The others were mightily impressed when the newest recruit hopped up on one of the "Watching Chairs" to join in the WDA song of warning to strangers on the street.
We celebrated a first meal together with lamb (sparingly for our new pup who has kidney issues) and a special casserole of rice, eggs, cottage cheese and green beans.
Please welcome to our blog family, Benson of Calm Certitude, Confident White Dog.
