MigSzol Infó Tomorrow: #REFUGEESWELCOME - International Solidarity day at Keleti‏

Dear Migszol supporters,

Tomorrow Keleti will turn into a festival venue, since we are organizing a demonstration-turned-into-celebration which is part of a European wide movement for welcoming refugees to stay with us. Our demo is at Keleti from 4pm to 8 pm, with many artists and speakers who are going to climb to the stage to share the message of civil power, action and solidarity.

The program will be the following:

EURO-AFRICAN PLAYGROUND - excellent jazz musicians playing West-African based music
KATALIN BURNS - Hungarian folk singer performing Hungarian and Persian (farsi) traditional songs
SOULCLAP BUDAPEST & GUESTS - young Hungarian hiphop-soul-funk band jamming with their several great guests from current urban music scene
ROMENGO - authentic Hungarian gypsy music
LB27 - Hungary's first and leading reggae band
RIDDIM COLONY - Hungarian reggae band in the frontline with strong message
We finish by singing Bob Marley's Redemption Song together.

And most importantly, there will be many important speeches on different dimensions of the current Hungarian situation and about what to do in practical measures to change the course of action.

The demonstration finishes at 8 pm, and official afterparty (where we collect money-donations for refugees) will take place all night long at Aurora. You are all very welcome to join and we wish to see you there!

all the best,
Migszol crew
