Comrades of Alternative Libertaire,
We can feel proud that we Your XII Congress as anarchist organization. That there even
which continues to boost the struggle and the building of a libertarian alternative in
social movements and the labor movement for 24 years, since 1991.
Your involvement in European social struggles shows, no doubt, we anarchists we continue
to make the construction of a social revolution from day to day, where classes,
privileges, the state and all mechanisms exploitation and domination have no reason for
being. In this Europe where the struggle and organization of the oppressed, of workers,
migrants and migrant women of different communities is becoming more urgent and necessary,
you firmly advance by clearly showing that we as anarchists can claim the Federalism, the
organization and the construction of popular power.
Moreover, at this crucial historical period for our oppressed class that resists the
advance of those at the top at the global level and in each region, at a time when the
left openly claiming the state as indispensable and electoral means to access it, we can
be proud to know two revolutionary processes underway, which give us hope in the struggle
for a society that aims to destroy the state and to end class society: the Zapatista
process in Chiapas and Kurdish Rojava process.
Finally we would like to quote Comrade Reclus which meant that "the dream of a free world
has ceased to be a purely philosophical and literary utopia [...] and became a practical
purpose, actively sought by multiple human which, united and resolute work together to
create a society where there will be no masters and no official curators of public
morality or prison guards or executioners, neither rich nor poor, but brothers - and
sisters which will all have their daily bread, equal rights, now peaceful and cordial
union, not by obedience to the laws, always accompanied by terrible threats, but on mutual
respect for their interests.
Vive l'Alternative Libertaire! Long live those who struggle!

Companions and compagnones ideas,
There are very long ago a Guaraní ancient legend, in the forests of southeastern Brazil,
there was an Indian named tie. Celleci loved liberty and she loved to stay with the
animals, with the trees and walk among his people and his land.
But TIE was also a warrior, even if the war did not like it. One day she was obliged She
died in battle and his red blood covered the ground. But the God Tupá saw what had
happened and decided that tie should not go away from this world, he has turned into a
small bird with black wings and red throat, so that she could fly and be free without
fighting and suffering in the human world.
Since that day in the forest that Atlantica is called by its proximity to the ocean, there
are many of these little birds, called Tiêsangue, tie for the Indian and Sangue for blood.
Long after, men began to destroy forests to build cities and install plantations; and
small Tiêsangue lost their homes and were in cages.
But again, TIE found a way to survive. Because these little birds began to turn into hearts.
They were in the steppes of Ukraine, in the cities and the mountains of Spain, in the
countryside of Korea, millions of streets and barricades on strikes, demonstrations,
neighborhood assemblies. And they continue today.
They made their color flag, red for the blood of the fight, the blood that is the same for
all human beings, even if the skin color and sex are different.
Black for mourning our dead black because it is the opposite of white, the color of
resignation, black as the human soul is obscure.
So it is with great joy that the Rio de Janeiro Anarchist Federation hails from Brazil the
XII Congress of Alternative Libertaire and all those red and black hearts, all those
hearts that are like birds present here.
If yesterday the great Atlantic Ocean was crossed by hatred, exploitation and war, today
we are going through it with solidarity and raised fists. Our struggle for libertarian
socialism is not easy, we know that we are few against all the military, political and
ideological that we face.
But even so, we do not pay, we continue to fight, knowing that we will rest only on the
day of final victory, only the day of a new sun, when there will be no more exploitation
hate, when human beings are free and, as one humanity, one class, we'll fly.
They shall not pass, we will go and we will move the fists, singing and dancing our song
of socialism and freedom.

Dear comrades, Dear girlfriends,
Let us congratulate you on organizing your convention, and to wish you success hoping it
will be the start of construction of an anarchist militant libertarian movement for the
liberation of the working class and all the oppressed of the world whole, as well as a
solid non-authoritarian activism and able to confront the atrocity of world capitalism.
On this occasion, we can again that ensuring our absolute belief as current
non-authoritarian anarchist in Tunisia, that common challenges require work and activism
framework and public confrontation between non-authoritarian, the anarchists and
libertarians in the same misery that people and the oppressed classes against the opposing
powers are becoming more strength from one day to another.
Despite the revolutionary movements that have lived the countries south of the
Mediterranean and which have spread to most parts of the world that did not stop
capitalism and imperialism world reorganized themselves and have managed to divert these
popular non-authoritarian movement from his revolutionary goals, they also continued to
deplete the resources of the people, to plunder and exploit the working classes without
ending debt policy nor military action while causing conflict religious and ethnic racist
ideology.
What unites us today as movements, current and non-authoritarian and libertarian anarchist
groups far exceeds what could separate us or challenges that are present in our country,
in all Mediterranean countries or worldwide phenomena as extremism, immigration,
marginalization, exploitation and impoverishment. All this leads us to greater effort and
do not dare a bold and based on the principle of unity and diversity and the principle of
the union of libertarian forces of activism for a strong common act capable influence reality.
We count on your activism and your belief in libertarian and anarchist principles that
bind us to the same goal of great importance.
We insist in the end the importance of the process that began in Tunisia for the
Mediterranean meeting of libertarian 27 to 29 March 2015 for the construction of a
Mediterranean non-authoritarian libertarian network that provides a common framework for
activism reinforcement and collaboration and exchange of information and experience and
that, in matters of liberation and social activism.
We want your contribution to this process both main and decisive as that of other
anarchist and libertarian currents.
