Dear friends,
A marriage equality bill was introduced today in Australia. But thanks to Prime Minster Tony Abbott, key members of Parliament have been banned from voting 'Yes.' We need to send them a powerful message to incite a rebellion for equality.
Thanks for joining thousands of other All Out members and signing our petition asking Australian politicians to defy Abbott. Now it's time to take the rebellion to the next level!
If enough people chip in, we can buy an advertising slot on Sky News – the channel that streams inside Parliament. The powerful message could get enough politicians to join the rebellion and vote 'Yes' on marriage equality.
In a secret meeting last week, Abbott banned members of his party from voting 'Yes' on equality. The dirty move could kill a new marriage bill for good. But a few brave politicians have promised to take a stand for love and vote 'Yes' anyway. With just a few more of these rebels, marriage equality could have enough support to pass.
Now imagine if members of Parliament could see beautiful photos of gay and lesbian couples who HAVE been allowed to marry – like in the UK, Canada, and the USA – just before they're deciding what to do. It'd remind them of the global wave of marriage wins and make them see that they can't hold back the tide.
Already, thousands of All Out members – including you! – have signed a petition in support of rebellious politicians. And thousands of Aussies have been marching and rallying for equality throughout the country. This powerful advert could be enough to tip the balance and make sure #LoveWins.

When All Out members came together for France in 2013, thousands spoke out in cities across the country. We also came together to chip in a few dollars, pounds, or euros to get ads in national French newspapers where politicians wouldn't be able to ignore them. We joined a national outcry that resulted in a historic win for marriage equality. That same global outcry can bring equality to Australia too – we just need your help to get there.
Let's give Parliament a message they can't ignore. Chip in to sponsor this national TV advert today:
Thanks for going All Out,
Andre, Rose, Sarah, Oscar, and the rest of the All Out team.
