Je suis tombée sur cette conférence TED ''The neuroscience of
restorative justice'' de Daniel Reisel. Les transcriptions en

Daniel Reisel studies the brains of criminal psychopaths (and mice). And
he asks a big question: Instead of warehousing these criminals,
shouldn’t we be using what we know about the brain to help them
rehabilitate? Put another way: If the brain can grow new neural pathways
after an injury … could we help the brain re-grow morality?
J'ai toujours eu mal à argumenter par rapport à quelques pourcentages de
la population carcérale dit 'dangereux' avant tout pour eux-mêmes ainsi
que pour la société. L'exposé de Daniel Reisel pourrait nourrir nos
arguments à ce propos...
