This time, blame Bush!

I am generally critical of Obama administration efforts to blame George Bush for everything that happens in and with the United States. But I've been thinking that Bush is partly to blame for the Iran nuclear agreement and he will be partly to blame when (and if, but more likely when) Iran gets nuclear weapons. No, Bush is not to blame as much as Obama, but he shares in the blame for this one.
