World US Minnesota Dangerous anti-gay "therapy"‏

Dear friends,
For months now, a giant public billboard in the US state of Minnesota has been promoting dangerous anti-gay treatments to an entire city. Looming over a popular highway, anyone driving by can see it's message: being gay is a disease to be "cured."
Just weeks ago, a group of brave students protested on the steps of their state's capitol to have the billboard taken down. It stayed up – but we can still stand behind these courageous kids: chip in to raise the funds toreplace this billboard with one exposing the true dangers of anti-gay "treatment."
But hurry! If we want to secure a spot on the exact same highway, we need to sign a contract as soon as possible.

Take a stand against anti-gay cures
Many major psychological associations have warned of the huge harm caused if you try to change the way a child feels about their sexuality or gender identity. Tragically, trans teenager Leelah Alcorn committed suicide in December, after being forced into this kind of 'therapy.' And in many US States, phony ‘gay cures’ are being offered and promoted without any regulation.
We can't let this type of treatment continue. Let's show these Minnesota kids who were brave enough to take a stand that we've got their backs, and broadcast the true dangers of conversion therapy.

When 30,000 All Out members came together in 2012, we helped persuade the governor of California to ban counseling that tries to change a teenagers’ sexuality. 'Gay conversion therapy' is now also banned in New Jersey and Washington DC. And, with our partners, we got gay 'cure' clinics closed in Ecuador and pushed officials in Argentina and France to condemn the practice.
Thanks for going All Out,
Andre, Pablo, Rose, Sarah, Guillaume, Jeremy and the rest of the All Out team.
P.S. These anti-gay "therapies" happen not only in the US but all over the world, causing harm to thousands of lesbian, gay, bi and trans people. In China, All Out member Xiao Zhen went to court to challenge these dangerous "cures" – 116,000 of us backed him and he's winning his fight! Now let's help out in Minnesota.
