Mossad recruited a spy from the Red Cross staff in Lebanon

This Israeli agent, Ali Rafiq Yaghi, died and the media reported that he had been recruited by Mossad while he worked for the Red Cross. Did the Red Cross issue a statement protesting this Israeli deed? Imagine the reaction of the International Committee of the Red Cross if it was the Iranian regime which had recruited a spy from amongst the staff of the Red Cross.
