the brutality of fundamentalist religious obscurantism. There is a grid of repression,

conditions, migrant camps. There is a world of bosses, supported terrorism in the
workplace and the continuous devaluation of labor.

Today the region of South Europe and the Mediterranean is the place par excellence
condense the contradictions and tensions of modern dystopia. The economic crisis of
capitalism leads to a dramatic shrinking middle class and instead supported the richest
part of the population. The work is discredited, unemployment rises dramatically as a
result more and larger sections of the people to fall into poverty and despair. The system
seems to move without any control from below, defines the same rigorous rules to which
those who do not obey simply disappear. The natural environment is constantly
underestimated in order to create friendly framework for "investment" and "development".
Only this "development" means working conditions sweatshops and cancer for those who work
for it.
