After 134 days of fierce resistance and strong defense, women and men Kobane fighters were 
able to finally defeat the vicious attack of ISIS with the support received by millions of 
people around the world. ---- It's not just a defeat for the ISIS and his dream of 
establishing an Islamic Caliphate. But it is also the frustration of dream ally of ISIS, 
the turkish government, to resurrect the Ottoman Empire. ---- The attack on Kobane was a 
proxy war led by ISIS on behalf of regimes in the region against the courage of the people 
of Kobane and against the Democratic Autonomy. ---- This war has had major consequences on 
the people of Kobane both socially and psychologically, causing an exodus of population 
from the city to take refuge in the neighboring regions.

But the war is not over yet. The ISIS is still a threat and a danger to the villages 
around Kobane, with its propaganda and its terrorist actions. Obviously, the threat of 
ISIS will remain so until it is eradicated from the region.

Now we are in a second phase of resistance, in the aftermath of the war. We must reclaim 
the land from mines, unexploded ordnance and explosives different. Clearly, this can not 
be done by people of Kobane. Need technical support and expert knowledge.

How to rebuild Kobane: the population of this city needs the largest international 
solidarity to save the Democratic Autonomy. This is the only way to protect the 
revolution. But the best option to rebuild the city is not to apply for funding to 
international and large companies. As history teaches us, this approach would lead to the 
destruction of the revolution.

Some signs to international solidarity aimed at the reconstruction of Rojava:

- Forming committees and associations for raising funds, building materials and 
remediation of the environment especially for the city of Kobane.

- Open bank accounts for donations and contributions under the control of groups of 
solidarity for Rojava in cities and in the various countries.

- Forming different groups and committees, in cities and countries where it is possible to 
make the collection of any good or any material that may be necessary to Rojava for 
reconstruction. Make sure that each and every good sum collected is transferred quickly 
and safely to the Rojava. Implement warehouses along the borders of Kurdistan with Iraq, 
Iran and Turkey and open humanitarian corridors to convey aid towards Rojava.

- Collect medicines and hospital equipment for all 3 cantons Rojava: Jazeera, Kobane and Efrin

- Building schools, hospitals, playgrounds and special facilities for rehabilitation and 
psychological support to victims of war and refugees.

- Establish independent phone lines and internet connections for all 3 cantons: Efrin, 
Jazerra and Kobane, they no longer rely on the network of the neighboring countries, so 
that the lines and internet are out of their control.

- Encourage sending volunteers to be physically and mentally able to participate directly 
in aid and reconstruction of Kobane and the rest of Rojava.

- To support the sending of volunteers who have expertise in the field of energy, 
agriculture, industry and construction to participate in the reconstruction as they can.

- Any initiative must be coordinated with the local population of Rojava involving the 
community and other local groups in coordination with the heads Democratic Autonomy, who 
are the decision makers in the last instance.

- We believe that participating in the solidarity towards Rojava is among the natural 
duties of the anarchists. We hope that the information above and beyond can be put into 
practice. We believe that such a concrete commitment should not only be done for Rojava, 
but for all the organizations in the world that have been destroyed by a war. And 'the 
proof of the fact that anarchists work for the reconstruction of society in every aspect 
of life.

Ritieniamo that nothing is perfect and immune from criticism, and even our directions. We 
hope to arouse debate and discussion among all anarchists. We like to emphasize that our 
recommendations apply to Kobane and Rojava as well as any other place in the immediate future.
