WNU Editor: I agree with all 10. The weaponization of finance is one that I have not dedicated much coverage on .... but it is a powerful tool that can be used against certain countries .... Russia being one of them. I would also add Venezuela (oil/economic collapse), the rise of militant Islamic groups in the sub-Sahara, and Afghanistan to this list.
