We understand that this country is still divided into exploiters and exploited and that

building and strengthening structures and social organizations of popular and permanent.

future society.

for the next period under the PT government. But this can only be done if we have popular
movements, trade union bodies and organizations and well organized peasant movements and
have objective guidelines intervention in reality (education, health, housing, land etc),

government and parties.

popular class power project and independent of governments, repeat the mistakes that led
