Koban? is one of three districts of the Syrian Kurdish area, which sustains a democratic
alternative to whatever project is being done in the Middle East. ---- Kurdish revolution
allowed in areas under its control, the construction of a civil organization in which each
minority, whether ethnic, religious or sexual, develop autonomy in respect of its
identity. ---- For several weeks, the city of Koban?, gathering hundreds of thousands of
refugees, is besieged by the fascists of the "Islamic state." ---- If Koban? falls, there
are hundreds of thousands of people at risk the massacre because they belong to religious
minorities (Yezidi, Shiite, Christian) or because they are Kurdish, Armenian ... ---- The
seat is facilitated Koban? by the Turkish state, which sees a way to carry out its dirty
war against the Kurds.
Kurdish resistance, composed of men and women, is isolated face Daesh.
We denounce the hypocrisy of Western states including France, who continue to see the PKK
/ PYD as a "terrorist organization", while the Kurdish confederation the Rojava is the
main force on the ground to Daesh.
We call on all progressive to require:
