Le ” grand banditisme” au centre fermé de Vottem Het "grote banditisme" in het detentiecentrum van Vottem About ‘organised crime’ in the closed centre of Vottem M. Larbaoui est en isolement complet ( « un régime approprié » dit la direction) depuis 1 mois, dans une cellule de l’aile sécurisée du centre fermé de Vottem. Il ne rencontre personne, n’entend rien. Il a droit à une promenade de 2 heures dans une cour surmontée de hauts grillages et de caméras, seul, ou plutôt accompagné de 4 ou 5 matons; promenade qu’il refuse souvent, ne voyant pas l’intérêt de cette sortie. http://www.gettingthevoiceout.org/le-grand-banditisme-au-centre-ferme-de-vottem/ De heer Larbaoui is al een maand in volledige afzondering ("Een gepaste maatregel", volgens de directeur), in een cel van de beveiligde vleugel in het detentiecentrum Vottem. Hij mag met niemand contact hebben en hoort geen enkel geluid. Hij heeft recht op een wandeling van twee uur in een koer met hoge hekken en camera's, alleen of beter gezegd, in gezelschap van 4 of 5 bewakers. He doesn’t meet anyone nor hear anything. He is entitled to a 2 hours walk in a yard surrounded by high wire fences and under camera monitoring. Ik verborg mij en had het geluk dat ze me niet zagen.
