Dear,
Terrifying: Evicted for being gay. Expelled from school for being a lesbian. Jailed. Stabbed. Killed.
That's what lesbian, gay, bi and trans Ugandans are up against every day. Now, 200 MPs are threatening to bring back Uganda's notorious anti-gay law. It could even jail straight people for speaking out on equality. Here's how we can help stop it: if 10,000 of us chip in in the next 7 days, we could send some pure financial power to the Ugandans fighting for love and equality. It could help undo years of anti-gay propaganda in Uganda. Plus, we could keep building global pressure on President Museveni, and on leaders of other countries where it's a crime to be gay.
MPs could introduce the law at any time. Can you join in now, ?

We need to raise funds fast. The Ugandan Constitutional Court struck down the notorious anti-gay law just a few weeks ago, but some officials are racing to bring it back as soon as possible. And, every December for the past few years, they've managed to get the bill to a vote or super close. This year we're going to be ready for them. The first half of every donation will go to help people in Uganda bust dangerous myths that lead many Ugandans to believe that being gay is evil. And, they can help make sure the voices of pro-equality Ugandans get heard in popular media. The rest will help All Out keep building vital international pressure on Museveni, and on leaders of other countries where there are anti-gay laws. Can we raise the money this will take in just 7 days? Please donate now to help Ugandans change history – and keep pressuring governments to keep away from new anti-gay laws: http://www.allout.org/All-Out-4-Uganda More than 500,000 of us have signed the petition against Uganda's anti-gay laws. And last month, we were able to team up with Ugandan groups to help fund the very first Pride since their infamous anti-gay law was struck down. President Museveni is starting to lose his iron-grip on the ruling party in Uganda. While politicians are scrambling for power, we've got a real chance to gain momentum for positive change in Uganda – if we act fast. This is a unique chance for 2 million All Out members to power the awe-inspiring work of Ugandan human rights defenders and fight anti-gay laws worldwide. Only donations from All Out members this week can do it. It doesn't matter how much you give or in what currency, every donation will go a long way. The important thing is speed – please chip in today: http://www.allout.org/All-Out-4-Uganda Thank you for going All Out. Andre, Hayley, Jeremy, Leandro, Oscar, Sara, Tile, and the rest of the All Out team. P.S. Here's a message from one of the organisers of Uganda Pride to All Out members: "It was amazing to know that so many of you from around the world were supporting us. Many members were in hiding before because of the anti-homosexuality law but we were able to have this big public day of pride to remind our country – We Are Here. The fight for equality is not over yet, but days like this remind us that together we can get there."
