MADISON, Wis. -- Marriage equality advocates on Thursday dropped off more than 3,200 petitions at the Wisconsin Attorney General's office, hoping to assert some last minute influence ahead of Tuesday's hearing on the state's same0sex marriage ban at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
