The photo at the top is from Operation Cast Lead. It shows a Hamas medic who was killed in the fighting, who was first claimed to be a civilian. Israelis combing through the death reports found this picture to prove that he was a Hamas terrorist (Hamas only makes these kinds of posters for 'fighters').
