In recent times the libertarian spontaneity has brought us together in different scenarios 
and resistance, has led us to share various discussions and above all, made us reaffirm 
practices and ideologies as anarchists; this way, dozens of groups and individuals in 
Bogota and some nearby municipalities have is anticapitalist been working on betting 
antispeciesist, anti-sexist, anti-authoritarians and other multiple flanks, despite our 
efforts, we miss mentioning. In this way we build self-management, horizontality and 
autonomy asamblearismo.

But spontaneity in our view is not enough, and that is not enough not to say that is not 
necessary. What we say is that given the complexity of the scenarios (local, national, 
continental and global) have to strengthen that spontaneity, through relations of 
solidarity and mutual support that lead us to grow qualitatively, transcending concepts to 
facts and anarchists constant practice.

We call on all of this libertarian territory to gather in a meeting of anarchist practices 
and proposals that have affinity as the need of the organization as a way of doing 
politics. We feel it is time that anarchism dares to propose widely tactics and strategies 
from social practice and struggle.

Organization when we say we do not refer to systems of domination structures and 
bureaucracy riddled with corruption, secrecy and traditional forms of power tend to have 
not only the institutions that control the state but also the opposition; on the contrary, 
we think that the libertarian perspectives based on horizontality, autonomy and 
self-management have built and are able to sustain our activities, even now that launched 
the proposal to create a space of articulation between individuals and communities.

Thus, this Anarchist Meeting aims to be a space in which dialogue between our political 
practice as individuals and libertarian group, where from the affinities analyze and 
position ourselves to context we inhabit, to propose common bets from our differences but 
also actions from which to organize. We hope this is the beginning of a path that leads to 
joint libertarians strengthen processes that can be formed as an alternative to 
authoritarianism prevailing in this society and express our dreams and goals.

We call on all comrades who feel identified with the autonomous and non-institutionalized 
processes, we meet and we meet to coordinate actions to consolidate this political gamble. 
The meeting will have multiple opportunities for discussion and for you proposed 
construction including workshops and a closing meeting where we hope to discuss practical 
proposals, from which we begin this process of articulation is realized. See you Friday 29
