'Cuteness' alert.

Guess who this is?
You're right. It's Rae-Rae at 7 weeks old. This is the day we brought her home to my daughter.
Rae-Rae (then nameless) had been living under a porch with her siblings and momma and a kind lady was frantically trying to find them all homes.
Allie wanted a kitten so a kitten she got.

I'm pretty sure I picked the cutest of the lot.

At 7 years of age, she's enjoying the sun today, too.

Rae-Rae and Jo have been staying with us for the last few months.
They fit in ok, although Sierra and Audrey could well do without them.
But, all in all, they are doing fine..

Rae-Rae mostly keeps to herself upstairs and does her walk-about downstairs in the evening when everyone is sitting around after dinner.
I find that very amusing and laugh at her as she struts around, tail up high and a smug look across her perky face.
She enjoys a little brushing in the evening (only a few minutes will be tolerated) and rewards me with her huge purr.
It really is a pleasure to have her around.

Thanks so much for all your fun comments about my favorite tea-pot's demise.
I do have the lid and it is still intact. The tea-pot is too beautiful to pitch and far too much work went into it's creation.
Since most of you thought it would make a beautiful planter, you may see it again someday. :)

I have been really busy cat-sitting the last few days and
will show them off soon.

Hugs, Deb
