MONTREUIL, France--Former University of Washington standouts Ingvill Måkestad Bovin (left/photo by Paul Merca) and Katie Mackey finished 3-4 in the 1500 meter run at the Meeting Pro Athlé Tour de Montreuil Monday evening.



Måkestad Bovin, a 2011 world championships finalist at this distance, and a 2012 Norwegian Olympian making a return from maternity, was third in 4:07.64, with Mackey just
