Idaho Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter has filed a petition with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals requesting an "en banc" hearing by an 11-judge panel of the court in an appeal of a federal magistrate's ruling striking down Idaho's same-sex marriage ban. JACKSON, Wyo. — The Jackson, Wyo., town council has formally added protections for LGBT people to its hiring policies. The council voted 3-0 in favor of the changes on May 27.
