It's Monday, What Are You Reading? is a meme hosted by Sheila at Book Journey.
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading, is where we gather to share what we have read this past week and what we plan to read this week. It is a great way to network with other bloggers, see some wonderful blogs, and put new titles on your reading list.
Last week was great. The weather was beautiful and school is winding down. My students have finished all their projects. All I have left to do is fill out the report cards. We have four days left this coming week and then a final work day before summer vacation begins. I really should start packing and deciding which books I am going to carry home with me for summer reading.
I hope to leave on Saturday and will be able to spend most of the summer up in Duluth. Right now, only one trip back here is planned for the summer. I'll be here for one night early in July as I pick up a friend and we head to Michigan for NerdCampMI.
It is hard to overestimate how eager I am to get to my summer home and be able to live without a schedule.

Read Last Week
I had a week that was very unusual for me. Every book I read was from my TBR mountain. In fact, I even took the time to re-read one of my favorite series.
I had a week that was very unusual for me. Every book I read was from my TBR mountain. In fact, I even took the time to re-read one of my favorite series.
Shadow Spell by Nora Roberts is the second book in her Cousins O'Dwyer trilogy. It suffered from Middle Book Syndrome but was still an entertaining story. It is Nora Roberts, after all. My review will be posted on June 19.
The Inventor's Secret by Andrea Cremer begins a new YA series for her. This alternate history/steampunk story was also entertaining. My review will be posted on June 19.
The Collector by Nora Roberts was an excellent romantic suspense title. I loved the main characters and their relationship. My review will be posted on June 21.
I am also re-reading the Theo Waitley novels. Theo is an interesting side character in the Liaden Universe. I began with listening to the audiobook of Fledgling by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller but switched to the print book at chapter 13. I've decided that audiobooks are okay for car trips but I don't want to listen to them when I am just sitting around at home. They go too slow!
And, like potato chips, I couldn't stop at one book. I also re-read Saltation which is the second book in the series and Ghost Ship which is the third book. I have previously reviewed these books here and don't intend to do so again.
Currently
I am currently reading the latest book in the Theo Waitley series - Dragon Ship by Sharon Lee and Steve Miller. I am kind of on a Liaden Universe kick and may read some of the other books in the series again. While I don't intend to read the whole series, I might. I really love this world and these characters.
Next Week
This week will be a mix of my books and review books as I finish up June and start July titles.

I just got Skin Game by Jim Butcher which is the latest in the Harry Dresden urban fantasy series. I plan to read that first this week.
Straddling the Line by Jaci Burton is a review book that I won from Penguin's First to Read program. It will be released until July 1. It is the most recent in the Play by Play series. If it follows the trend, it is a spicy romance with professional athletes. I have read all but one of this series and may read the missing book before I get to this one since my review isn't on my calendar until the end of June.
I have three YA ebooks for review this week too.
The Things You Kiss Goodbye by Leslie Connor, On the Fence by Kasie West, and The Vanishing Season by Jodi Lynn Anderson are late June/early July releases. All of these came to me via Edelweiss.
