masculinist AND LOBBY OF "RIGHTS OF THE FATHERS" ---- One year after the publicized
actions fathers perched in cranes (Nantes and Grenoble) and other buildings (Sacr? Coeur
in Paris, the Capitol in Toulouse ...), the lobby of separated fathers has not been idle
for the tip law to their material interests. ---- After an initial failure in 2013, they
returned to the charge with a new bill that aims to make systematic alternating residence

psychiatrist Richard Gardner. This concept considers that mothers can "manipulate" their
child against the ex-spouse for the main residence when in reality, they only protect from
the father's violence. The extension of its use in the courts will have the effect of
protecting the perpetrators and bring suspicion systematically victims to speak out.
Masculinist invisibiliser contribute to violence against children committed in the vast
majority of cases by male family members.
Finally, they want a return to the patriarchal order and heterosexual (a father, mother
and their children). They hold sexist and homophobic. The participation of associations of
fathers in AKI for All is an example of their willingness to undermine the rights of
women, chicks, trans, fags and dykes. The draft law No. 1856 pass its first reading in the
National Assembly on May 19 involved in maintaining a widespread confusion between the
descent and the exercise of parental authority reducing parenthood to a purely biological
conception and granting rights ON parental child and whatever behavior (abuse, neglect) of
the father.
Behind those who present themselves as "nice dads", there is actually a band mysogynes,
anti-feminist and homophobic: it is a social movement-face against which we must respond!
