We express our solidarity with the workers and road workers / those of Rio de Janeiro on
strike! The strike of these comrades is fair and is a result of the brutal exploitation of
entrepreneurs (capitalists) Branch Shipping! ---- The brutal concentration of capital
favors only few families who monopolize and exploit economically the public transport
service. Are these capitalists who finance political campaigns, elect their bench
politicians in the Legislative Assembly and are pushing for the increased exploitation of
the worker! ---- Workers are required to meet strenuous working hours without access to a
working minimal structure (missing bathrooms, lack of local supply, suffer daily violence,
bullying etc..), Are obliged to carry dual function, driver-collector, and assigned a
value of feed that covers neither the most basic needs!
Rather than tell the bourgeois media, always allied to the bosses, the strike did not
affect the worker. The strike is the instrument DEFENSE worker against bosses, police,
politicians and all those facing side of the oppressors! Many workers' gains were the
result of the strikes made by different categories.
The strike of the road, as well as the Garis, also showed how we can expect nothing of
union scabs, always linked to the bosses and politicians! We need to rebuild an autonomous
union alternative, which expel by force base, the scabs of the unions and end the
structure that links the state to the union! The unions argue that is the basis of trade
unionism, where the union is a result of the decisions of the whole category, not bureaucrats!
A trade union linked to the state just encourages the repression of the government and
employers. With a basic unionism, combative and autonomous, employers may not engage
pressures by bourgeois justice and the fight reaches another level of coping. This became
clear in the bold performance of road and highway, which picketed the door of the garage,
stopped buses driven by scabs and are performing successive demonstrations to claim their
rights.
However, this can strike upsurge is even more necessary to articulate the different
categories of workers (union, the countryside, slums etc.) to be able to overcome
corporatism and prevent the government and the bosses Slaughter categories separately. To
claim the rights that FIFA, the PT government and the capitalists insist on trampling need
to strengthen popular and trade union struggle! And the strike of rail and road is just
the beginning!
Protesting is not a crime!
