National mobilization against the World Cup in Brazil worries governments and puts the Low
on the offensive. Since 2013 Brazil lives an adverse scenario with gigantic mobilizations
of the streets by force questioned the order of the system imposed by governments and
their allies at national level and international. ---- The country is going through a
favorable climate for the organization of the oppressed, creating a sense of hope for the
people's movement. In 2013, the unions came timidly to the streets, in large part because
of the feeling of rejection of the masses, who saw themselves not represented by these
structures of workers' organizations, since during the last periods, most of these were
co-opted by governments and their leaders became bureaucrats on call, ready to pull the
brake bases outraged by so much class conciliation; not to mention the fragmentation of
the working world as an element that characterizes this period. However, it must also be
said that many resist and followed combative.
But this year, the struggles of a number of categories mobilized from the base is showing
another way of doing trade union struggle. The role of the workers themselves, who make
decisions over the heads of union leaders; mass assemblies in which decisions are ratified
and offices away from shady deals made beforehand. It is the resumption of a personal
experience of revolutionary syndicalism blossoming within the sectors of the oppressed, in
which the popular movement takes the tool of direct action as a strike against the

likely to result in the background. This new configuration of the fights on the streets
again placed the country, departing from unions and popular movements, has created a more
fertile setting for the projected demands are guided by movement of the Low in March from
a perspective of accumulation of forces and construction of popular power.
It is apparent desperation of governments in relation to the possibility of uncontrolled

environment can offer us, always attentive and organized.
