It's not Ukrainian anti-Semitism - it's Russian

Referring to the requirement that Donetsk's Jews 'register' (so much for the commenter who says it's a hoax), the headline says 'Kerry slams grotesque Ukrainian anti-Semitism.' One can only hope that Kerry recognizes that it's Russian.
