The year 2013 was marked by strong popular demonstrations in Brazilian cities with
guidelines on the right to education, health and city. The Brazilian government has
exercised strong repression, not even respecting rights won with much struggle, blood and
lives taken in the years of lead. Less than a year later, Brazil tries to reflect on the
effects of military and civilian 1964, even while the state insists on keeping the
permanence of the dictatorship, the repression and suppression of rights of free
expression and organization blow. ---- In Joinville, neighborhoods hide the eyes of the
community several oppressive practices. In Paranaguamirim neighborhood, students of the
School of Basic Education Marli Maria organized the Student Guild to meet the needs of the
school community on the north to defend public school, improvement of study and work.
However, the free student union and autonomous school Cleide direction of Mrs. Maria de
Oliveira Futani, which is shown in Santa Catarina governor Raimundo Colombo, is suffering
from constant attacks. The prohibition of assemblies within the school environment,
persecution of members of the student body and other ways to silence the instrument of
organization and student struggle.
The direction of the School of Basic Education Marli Maria, as well as the state governor,
is the residence of 21 years of lead, conduct violations because of fundamental rights.
Therefore, the Anarchist Collective Black Flag, a member of the Brazilian Anarchist
Coordination, makes public its repudiation of persecution carried out by the government of
the State of Santa Catarina to the Student Guild BSE Marli Maria. The same extent, we are
fully supportive to students in struggle to improve and the defense of public education.
By free unions, autonomous and combative!
Protest is not a crime!
Fighting, create, popular power!
