A Pastoral visit to the diocese of Panama begins today. I pray that pastoral that beginning today is a blessing for the Church Amglicana in Panama, for the province of IARCA and for me personally. The visit includes participation and preaching in the liturgical rites, meeting with clergy and a better knowledge of the programs and ministries of the diocese. ++Armando
