Quebec, 1 st March 2014 - Members of Quebec, Montreal and Saguenay-es have met in Quebec
City today to dissolve the Communist Union libertarian. After setting stewardship issues
and cash activists and activists gathered es agreed to a plan to dispose of records and
edit an anthology of the federal material published over the years by NEFAC then UCL
(Cause town, breaks, etc..). ---- The organization no longer meets the needs and desires
of the majority of its members, and those they chose to dissolve. Delegates would like to
clarify that the project libertarian communist society which UCL was a carrier is not in
question, even if we can interpret this project in various ways. ---- There will balance
to the experience that lasted five years, but these balances belong to all people and all
groups that are involved in the organization-es over the years. Moreover, the Congress
would like to acknowledge all the activists and all the activists who have invested-es in
the UCL since its foundation.

A page is turned but the history of anarchism in Quebec is obviously not complete.
Organizations are means, not ends. People who have UCL continue to be involved in several
libertarian projects, editions Breaks Collective and Emma Goldman which continues its
momentum.

The final word?

Only struggle pays!
