IOC says no commemorating athletes who died

Torah Bright is an Australian snowboarder who wanted to wear a sticker on her helmet honoring Sarah Burke, her friend who was killed in an accident two years ago. The International Olympic Committee said no, as you can see from Bright's posting above.
