Yesterday evening, visitors could * inside an event at the Heinrich-B?ll-Stiftung 
Th?ringen about the conflict with the Federal Foundation in Berlin are informed (for 
details of the conflict, see the website of the FAU Berlin ). A majority of the guests 
took the distributed flyers gratefully and also the conflict was still outlined in the 
introductory moderation, so that all visitors * inside the event were fully informed about 
the labor dispute. ---- An employee of the Thuringian B?ll Foundation took some time for a 
conversation with us, expressed this quite understanding and sympathy for our cause, but 
also pointed to the difficult situation out, in which we bring the country's foundation. 
But as long as the B?ll Foundation in Berlin * refused talks with the FAU Berlin as a 
self-chosen legitimate representative of the employees sued within, we will not rest.

After half a year of trade union struggle, we must note that has still not changed the 
precarious practices and anti-union attitude of the B?ll Foundation. A foundation that is 
not tired to hold up participation and to work for protest movements in authoritarian 
states, itself is not too stupid to prevent this participation in their own house and the 
rights of employees to trample.

According to still be the first five sued for permanent employees regular employees' 
rights such as access to the EDP system of the foundation denied, also they are now also 
separately. The Foundation is absurd "average hours" calculated, now what causes two 
colleagues set once a week two hours 7-9 clock in the morning chairs high and back down. 
While the other three get their old jobs back, but only to about 25 hours a month (!). So

The real aim of the foundation at these places anyway seems the waiver of employees at 
their work place to be. The management of the B?ll Foundation continues to be ignored so 
that their social responsibility for the harm it has caused, and ignores fundamental 
minimum standards of his colleagues as well as their right to organize themselves into a 
union of your choice.
During the Foundation in conferences like is in close contact with social movements, the 
presence of a grassroots democratic and militant union for pure defense reactions seem to 
care. The dialog repeatedly offered and beyond any union representation has been getting 
rejected by the management and sole attorney's communication and the wait preferred on 
outstanding processes. FAU will continue as well as for union minimum standards in the 
Foundation, against outsourcing and temporary stand up for the correct working conditions,
