BBC's incompetence and poor judgment on governance

Patrick Karegeya: Rwanda exile 'murdered' in Johannesburg
“He maintains that Rwanda needs a strong government to prevent a return to ethnic conflict.” (BBC)
This BBC interpretation of Kagame’s regime is extremely  wrong. This is poor judgment by BBC reporters.  It shows how BBC reporters are incompetent and are supporting   the war criminal Paul Kagame.
Having a strong government does not mean that you have to kill  your political opponents, jail  or exile them. You do not need to be a  killer and dictator to maintain a strong government. This can be achieved  in a democratic way. As strong government is democratic, transparent and open to critics and freedom of expression.

Kagame has blood in his hands are remain unpunished for his war crimes. He even tried to kill his opponents on British soil. But British politicians, consultants,  corrupt people, unemployed people  looking for work in Rwanda  are still  behind him and  are venerating him. They have benefited from the Rwandan  genocide than anybody else in the world.
