Both Hizbullah TV, Al-Manar, and Saudi dissident, Mujtahid, are promoting this as the minutes of a meeting between Ambassador Ford (who runs the Syrian exile opposition) and leaders of the Syrian exile opposition. It strikes me as a hoax.
