Why snow in Israel is such big news

This pretty much sums us up, doesn't it?

I was about to write that the difference is that the Israelis don't know how to stay off the roads in a snowstorm, making things much worse than they would otherwise be. But on the other hand, they don't know how not to go out and videotape the rockets either....
