A musical and political festival against the airport project was held in
Notre-Dame-des-Landes on 3 and 4 August. A new stage in the event of force to compel the
government to abandon - finally! - His great useless project. ---- Saturday, June 22,
2013, from 11h to 13h in glorious sunshine, we were 400 to walk the streets of Nimes to
reaffirm our staunch and unwavering opposition against the vile beast. With cries of " ?
we will not forget Clement, Fascism will not pass ? "," ? United against the extreme right
and neo-Nazis ? , "" ? Against the extreme right and extreme poverty, it is the social
struggle that is necessary ? ", the event brought together activists from Solidarity,
Conex, CNT, CGT, FA, AL, PCF, PG, NPA, FSU and the antifa ultras of football club N?mes,
Gladiators 91. This event follows two rallies in N?mes on 6 and 7 June, after the death of
Clement Meric. In Ales, another rally was also organized. facing extreme right overhead.

From meeting to meeting, mobilization was built broadcasts including leaflets and posters
collages in N?mes but also in many villages and towns of Gard. There is urgency in our
department, with a peak of votes in favor of the National Front and MP Collard acclaimed
in the riding of Vauvert. If in cities (N?mes, Al?s and Uz?s) the presence of fascists is
discrete in some villages it is not the same.

A particularly smelly climate prevails in several villages in Gard: last year, late night
at the Aigues-Mortes festival held true ratonnade. A Sumene, during a village festival,
young people had multiplied provocations singing Nazi songs outstretched arm. These facts
have angered the village community was mobilized to reassert open and antiracist identity
Cevennes Gard.

Unit response and inter-
Thursday, June 27, several organizations came together at the local Solidarity of 30 to
lay the foundations of an anti-fascist collective unit. We defined our areas of
intervention (with priority the workplace and neighborhoods), bounded by considering our
unified framework to exclude the participation of organizations (PS, MJS, EELV)
participating in a government that pursues a policy stigmatization of foreigners in the
continuity of the previous government. Working committees have been established.
Appointment is already taken to determine participation in the anti-fascist demonstration
on Saturday 14 September in Marseille to protest against the holding of the Summer School
of the FN. Another goal of the group is to propose an inter-event for Gard unions around
an open trade initiatives with Vigilance and anti-fascists (Visa) meeting and may be
joining this network.

We will try also to open the collective associations and those active in the social fabric
of popular areas in order to bring the greatest possible reach the world anti-fascist
struggle.
