The days of fighting commenced in May / June in Goias brought new impetus to the
discussion of socialism, demonstrating that the role of the masses is the real subject of
social transformation. In a few days we have seen arise various manifestations of immense
proportions, taking to the streets in a combative manner throughout the country. The
trigger of these struggles was the question of raising the rate of public transport,
however, other people's needs were quickly claimed, demonstrating the dissatisfaction of
workers with the injustices of capitalism. At the same time it showed the strength of the
workers, was also evident popular dissatisfaction with the bourgeois parliament and the
legal parties of the left, which for decades has stifled people's struggle through
reformism and governismo, leading workers to follow defeats.
The decades of hegemony of reformist parties as conduits of mass organizations, coupled
with the people's revolt, showed some difficulty in organizing against repressive response
given by the State. This scenario illustrates perfectly the need for specific
organization, which can guide the mass movements, so that they are not capitulated by
reaction or simply dissolve. Pointing to the need for a political organization to provide
a North plausible that popular struggles intensify, so a situation arises revolutionary
Anarchist People's Union (UNIPA) demonstrated breakthrough giving due importance to the
development of theory related to the analysis local realities, so that tactics and
strategies to bring effectiveness due to practice.
The Bakuninism defended by UNIPA showed great resilience to Confucianism produced by
ideological eclecticism, which both contribute to the loss of consistency of anarchist
ideology. The loss of ideological consistency and theoretical eclecticism has led the
towing and paragovernistas-government sectors, demonstrating that in no way can be
presented as an alternative to traditional political organizations of the left, without
the ability to provide a North practical for class struggle . The UNIPA has moved firmly
into the construction of a revolutionary program, through the clear demarcation of
ideology, formulating a theory to understand the reality and that is the basis for the
strategic application in practice.
By understanding the important step that UNIPA has given, demonstrating the correct
construction of theory and practice, and the necessity of this advance nationwide, we
affirm the emergence of a pro-core UNIPA in Goi?s, with the prospect of advancing the
struggle toward the victory of revolutionary socialism.
