Light Rails is a fabulous permanent installation by artist Bill FitzGibbons, funded by the Community Foundation of Greater Birmingham. It illuminates the underpass at the 18th Street viaduct near Railroad Park. The LED lights change colors, and it's a photographer's delight. What a fabulous addition to our downtown area.
