Jerusalem's city services summed up in 6 words

I saw this poster last night as I was driving my son to yeshiva. Fortunately, it was posted to Facebook.

The six words at the top are "property taxes like Manhattan, services like Damascus." The bottom says that on October 22, we are going to replace Mayor Barkat.

Heh.
